Abstract

Technological developments in the economic sector are expected to make transactions easier for sellers and buyers. This development must be followed by socialization because there is an imbalance in the expansion of information. Unequal approaches to receiving and processing information. This service aims for the 2nd Family Community to know, own and operate social media to increase the face-to-face market. The socialization involved students, accompanying lecturers and MSMEs in the 2 ulu villages. This socialization activity is divided into several parts, namely; lectures, discussions, practices and questions and answers. The aim is for the MSMEs present to have social media and be able to operate it in buying and selling activities. In fact, all of the MSMEs present only had social media accounts after participating in the outreach activities. However, this activity has limitations in terms of time and periodic supervision
